We use the information we collect for the following purposes: - Provide Services: To operate and deliver the trading journal, signal forwarding, analytics, and other features of the platform. - Improve the Platform: To analyze usage patterns, identify bugs, and develop new features that enhance your experience. - Communicate: To send you account-related notifications, subscription updates, and support responses. - Personalize: To tailor your dashboard, analytics, and experience based on your trading activity and preferences. - Security: To protect against unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse of the platform.

We may share your data with the following parties solely to provide and improve the Service: - Broker APIs (Tradovate): Your broker credentials and account identifiers are transmitted to Tradovate's API to sync your trade history and account data. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. - MetaTrader 4/5: For MetaTrader integration, trade history and account balance are reported to us by a bridge application that runs within your own MetaTrader terminal. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. - Automation Platforms: For signal forwarding functionality, limited trade signal data may be transmitted to connected automation services as configured by you. - Service Providers: We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. - Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SCT, our users, or the public.

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence and automated systems, including an AI support assistant (chatbot), automated market briefs and newsletters, and analytics generated from your trading activity. - The AI assistant is a technical and educational support tool. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, or trading advice. - Messages and content you provide to the AI assistant may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate responses. We do not sell this data. - Automated analytics and insights are derived from your own trading data to help you review your performance. AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.

We retain your personal information and trading data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes. Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and improvement purposes.
